FMSは、農業分野における実業投資の一環として、カンボジアにてマンゴー事業「Moon Mango」を展開しています。
農地の購入・整備から事業計画の設計、現地ワーカーの採用・管理、栽培体制の構築まで、現場に根ざした運営を行っています。
また、果実の品質を安定させるため、栽培工程の管理や収穫時期の判断、収穫作業の運用まで一貫して実施。
単なる投資に留まらず、現地のオペレーションを含めた実行体制を整えることで、持続可能な生産と事業価値の向上を目指しています。
As part of its real-enterprise investments in the agriculture sector, FMS operates the mango business “Moon Mango” in Cambodia.
From land acquisition and development to business planning, local hiring and workforce management, and building the cultivation structure, we run the operation with a strong on-the-ground approach.
To ensure consistent fruit quality, we manage the cultivation process, determine optimal harvest timing, and oversee harvesting operations in an integrated manner.
Rather than remaining a capital investor alone, we establish an execution-ready operating framework on the ground—aiming for sustainable production and continuous improvement in long-term business value.
